The latest update of the K-Suite – 2.32 software introduced an important innovation: 4 new protocols to work on JTAG SPC Marelli ECUs. Here is the new Magneti Marelli Motorola MPC56xxx Positioning Adapter for working on JTAG SPC Marelli ECUs. As of today, reading and writing this type of ECU becomes faster and easier: you can easily place the adapter on the programming pads and the risk of errors during reading and writing Decreases considerably, especially since it is no longer necessary to weld!

As mentioned above, to work on these two ECUs it was necessary to use two accessories: the cables 14P600KT02 and 144300T105 for a direct connection with the ECU.
But, as already anticipated, from today the connection becomes much easier.

With the adapter for the positioning bracket you can connect the K-TAG directly to the printed circuit board of the ECU, using the pins designed to be used on the main ECUs.
