Chip Tuning Files has been working relentlessly to develop and refine the Phase 1, 2 and 3 DSG performance upgrade calibrations, optimising the launch control, shift and torque limiter functions to give the ultimate driving experience.
Countless hours have been spent engineering the DSG calibrations to perfectly complement our Custom-Code performance ECU calibrations.
The majority of our DSG software is already available to flash, but support for it depends on the type of DSG (DQ200, Late DQ250, Early DQ250, DQ500) you have fitted. The DQ200, DQ250 and the GS19 in the RS6 C6 are all currently supported by Chip Tuning Files, meaning you can flash them with your OBD tuning tools from the comfort of your own home.
Our DSG calibrations are available for both petrol and diesel vehicles in 3 phases, resulting in 6 separate products; DSG Phase 1 Petrol, DSG Phase 2 Petrol, DSG Phase 3 Petrol, DSG Phase 1 Diesel, DSG Phase 2 Diesel and DSG Phase 3 Diesel. DSG Phase 1 Petrol:
Chip Tuning Files DSG Phase 1 software can be run on a standard carwith a choice of 3800 or 4200rpm launch control and enhanced shift points to suit your vehicle set up.
Increased Redline and Shift Points:
Increasing the shift points gives you the command of your engine’s power in the upper RPM range, we have raised the DSG transmission’s rev limit and therefore the automatic shift points to 7000 rpm in S-mode and 6800 in D-mode, as this optimizes the engine’s performance range and maintains the safe operating range of the engine’s valve springs.
S-Mode

Chip Tuning Files DSG Phase 2 software is aimed at cars with more significant hardware modifications; Performance exhausts, supercharger and turbo upgrades with fully custom settings for launch control, torque settings and enhanced shift points to suit your vehicle set up.
